As Certified Interpretive Guides through the National Association for Interpretation, environmental educators at the Newcomb VIC are trained to give the public high-quality programs with an emphasis on firsthand experiences. And with the help of guest naturalists from around the Adirondack Park, including Peter O'Shea, they help immerse visitors into the natural landscape of the VIC property on the shores of Rich Lake.
